Stockroom Associate – Part‑Time (Belfast)

About the role

Reiss is looking for a Stockroom Associate to join its Belfast store on a permanent, part‑time basis. You will be responsible for maintaining stock availability and supporting the fulfil‑from‑store service that enables customers to receive items quickly from any UK location.

Key responsibilities

• Process stock deliveries and ensure items meet the highest retail standards.
• Prioritise placement of new lines and replenishment on the shop floor.
• Manage timely replenishment throughout the day to maintain size availability.
• Handle stock recalls, fulfil‑from‑store picks and inventory scans, aiming for a 90% find‑rate.
• Maintain stockroom organisation, cleanliness and support faulty stock returns.

Required profile

• Previous experience in stockroom or stock handling.
• Passion for premium or luxury products.
• Experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a team‑player attitude.
