Stockroom Operative – Weekday & Weekend Shifts

About the role

The Stockroom Operative will act as the vital link between the stockroom and the sales floor at Levi Strauss & Co’s Bridgend Designer Outlet. Working closely with the Stock Manager and Store Manager, you will help maintain product availability, presentation and overall store performance across weekday and weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily sales data and key performance indicators to spot replenishment opportunities.
• Execute accurate and timely stock replenishment on the shop floor.
• Train store associates on stock management guidelines and standards.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, assorted and tagged both on the floor and in the stockroom.
• Organise, tidy and maintain the stockroom to support efficient operations.
• Provide on‑floor assistance to the sales team as needed.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous experience in stock operations or a similar retail environment.
• Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly and manage changing store demands.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Effective both as a team player and when working independently.
