Stockroom Supervisor

About the role

As a Stockroom Supervisor at Reiss you will support the day‑to‑day running of the Barrett Street store by overseeing back‑of‑house operations and ensuring high standards. You will lead the stockroom team to keep deliveries, replenishment and store presentation running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively manage a team to ensure stock deliveries are processed and products arrive in excellent condition on the shop floor.
• Manage timely replenishment of stock and maintain team productivity.
• Maintain back‑of‑house standards and cleanliness.
• Support the online business by efficiently handling fulfilment from store and returns to store.
• Assist with shop‑floor management as needed.
• Help the team with floor moves, promotions and product launches.
• Serve as a key holder for the store.

Required profile

• Previous experience supervising a team.
• Passion for premium or luxury products.
• Experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Track record of delivery in a stock management role.
• Ability to guide, train and coach others.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and decision‑making abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player attitude.
