Stone Mason / Fabricator (Granite, Quartz & Porcelain)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Stone Mason / Fabricator to join a specialist stone fabrication business. You will work with granite, quartz, porcelain and other solid‑surface materials to produce and install high‑quality bespoke worktops and related stone products for residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate and finish stone worktops to the highest standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, templates and cutting plans.
• Operate CNC machines, bridge saws, edge polishers and other workshop equipment safely.
• Cut, shape, polish and finish stone surfaces to specification.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure products meet expectations.
• Measure sites and install bespoke worktops, splashbacks and vanity tops.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Stonemason, Stone Fabricator or similar role.
• Proven experience with granite, quartz, porcelain and solid‑surface materials.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and fabrication plans.
• Full UK driving licence preferred for installation duties.
• Reliable, self‑motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
