Store and Spa Manager

About the role

As a Store and Spa Manager you will have autonomy to develop your team, grow the business and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will also build strong connections with the local community, charities and other businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the store’s finances, setting budgets, driving sales and controlling stock.
• Developing and leading a team passionate about customer experience through training and feedback.
• Maintaining high standards of store presentation, merchandising, cleanliness and stock management.
• Networking with local businesses, charities and community groups to boost footfall.
• Delegating tasks to the management team and using training budgets to develop yourself and your staff.

• Strong customer‑service mindset, delivering 5‑star experiences.
• Effective management skills, including handling difficult conversations and setting expectations.
• Team‑oriented attitude, leading by example and fostering a supportive environment.
• Excellent verbal communication for sharing business updates across the store.
• Adaptability to changing circumstances and pressure while keeping the shop running efficiently.
• Problem‑solving ability to identify issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Organisational skills to manage stocktakes, launches and rota planning.
