Store Colleague – Convenience

About the role

Join a local Morrisons Daily store as a Store Colleague and become an essential part of your neighbourhood. You will help deliver excellent service to customers while working both independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities

• Operate tills and handle cash transactions, including occasional Post Office duties (subject to DBS).
• Maintain stock levels, conduct stock control and merchandising tasks.
• Prepare Food to Go items when required.
• Ensure the store operates safely and complies with legal requirements.
• Cover supervisory duties when needed, with additional pay for those hours.
• Perform regular lone‑working periods as an essential part of the role.

Required profile

• Enjoys providing outstanding customer service.
• Flexible with early‑morning and late‑night shifts.
• Comfortable working independently during lone‑working periods.
• Over 18 years old for locations that sell alcohol.
