Store Manager (12‑month maternity cover)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of its retail locations for a 12‑month maternity cover. You will be fully accountable for commercial performance, people development, and day‑to‑day operations while embodying the Levi’s brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own profit and loss, identifying and executing commercial opportunities.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Analyse sales data and KPIs, turning insights into actionable plans.
• Report store performance to the District Manager and implement robust action plans.
• Manage all store operations including stock, payroll, rotas and administrative processes.
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members who live the Levi’s brand values.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, brand presentation and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Strong passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Proven experience leading a retail store in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of driving KPIs and controlling costs.
• Ability to develop, engage and retain high‑performing teams.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, employee relations and compliance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
