Store Manager – Bicester Village

About the role

The Store Manager at BOGGI Milano’s Bicester Village boutique leads the sales floor, builds strong client relationships and drives the brand’s commercial objectives. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will ensure the store meets its sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team on the sales floor to achieve expected sales targets.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching, clear feedback and motivation to develop team performance.
• Engage clients with a consultative sales approach aligned with BOGGI Milano’s brand positioning.
• Analyse key KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve store performance.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences through storytelling, product knowledge and tailored sales techniques.
• Manage time and daily priorities, handling unexpected situations with confidence and a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of sales experience in premium fashion or menswear, with at least two years leading a retail team.
• Proven ability to observe, lead, motivate and develop people while leading by example.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
