Store Manager – Birmingham Bullring

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is looking for a Store Manager to lead the Birmingham Bullring location. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for all store operations, team performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve profit and loss targets by implementing sell‑out strategies and profit‑driving actions.
• Motivate, mentor and manage the store team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Control costs and oversee store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Monitor KPIs, run performance reports and communicate action plans to the District Manager.
• Analyse commercial data and take corrective actions to meet KPI goals.
• Deliver team training, share product knowledge and ensure high standards of visual merchandising.
• Recruit, induct and develop high‑calibre team members who are passionate about denim.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Proven experience managing a retail team and developing talent.
• Track record of meeting KPIs and controlling costs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good understanding of HR policies and processes.
• Experience handling store operations, stock control and administrative duties.
