Store Manager – Braintree Freeport

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our Costa Coffee outlet in Braintree Freeport Shopping Centre. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Meet all customer needs and foster a strong service culture to achieve positive NPS scores, while engaging with the local community to attract new customers.
• Create an inviting environment that encourages repeat visits.
