About the role
The Body Shop is seeking an inspirational Store Manager for its Brighton location. You will lead a passionate team, champion the brand’s ethical beauty values, and deliver an engaging, customer‑focused store experience.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and meet targets through effective planning and execution.
- Shape a customer‑centric environment, encouraging loyalty and brand advocacy.
- Oversee stock management, merchandising, and visual standards.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed commercial decisions.
- Lead, coach and develop store staff, ensuring high levels of communication and teamwork.
Required profile
- Proven retail management experience, preferably within beauty or cosmetics.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive results.
- Excellent communication and people‑management skills.
- Passion for cruelty‑free, ethical products and knowledge of the beauty market.
