Store Manager – Broadmead, Bristol

About the role

As the Store Manager for the Broadmead location in Bristol, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a busy Costa Coffee outlet. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving sales and profitability, and developing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service and achieve strong NPS scores.
• Maintain store standards, visual merchandising and a welcoming environment.
• Manage sales targets, profit margins and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop store staff.
• Handle inventory, stock ordering and loss prevention.
• Engage with the local community to attract new customers.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in retail or hospitality management.
• Ability to think strategically while handling day‑to‑day operational details.
• Ambitious, results‑driven and comfortable working under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for the Costa brand.
