Store Manager – Channel Islands Relocation Opportunity

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high‑performing food retail store in the Channel Islands. This full‑time position offers a unique relocation package and the chance to drive growth in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a store team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day store operations, including stock control, merchandising and compliance.
• Drive profitability through effective budgeting, cost control and promotional activities.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and health & safety.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager in food retail, supermarkets or convenience stores.
• Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• Commercially focused with a track record of delivering results.
• Willingness to relocate to the Channel Islands and embrace a new challenge.
