Store Manager Designate – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

Join Savers as a Store Manager Designate and lead a busy high‑street store. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, sales performance and operational compliance while supporting neighbouring stores when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure store standards, audit processes and visual merchandising are consistently met.
• Drive sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage staff scheduling, training and performance to create a motivated team.
• Support neighbouring stores on a rotational basis according to business needs.
• Monitor stock levels, loss prevention and health‑and‑safety compliance.

Required profile

• Valid UK driving licence and ability to travel between stores.
• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑focused environment.
• Strong people‑focused attitude with a commitment to inclusive leadership.
