Store Manager – Dorchester (12‑month FTC)

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to lead a premium fashion brand across two stores in Dorchester. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, delivering a refined client experience, and driving commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Open, run and close two stores on a daily basis.
• Recruit, coach and inspire a team to provide elevated, personable service.
• Drive sales through KPI management and commercial decision‑making.
• Maintain impeccable visual‑merchandising standards reflecting a countryside‑luxury aesthetic.
• Ensure operational excellence, stock accuracy and smooth back‑of‑house processes.
• Build lasting client relationships to maximise conversion and repeat visits.
• Represent the brand with confidence, charm and professionalism.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in fashion, accessories or a similar retail sector.
• Ability to motivate and develop a high‑energy, guest‑focused team.
• Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable working at pace.
• Commercially astute with a strong track record of delivering results.
• Passionate about storytelling and creating exceptional client experiences.
