Store Manager – Fashion Retail (Glasgow Fort)

About the role

We are seeking a Store Manager for a high‑profile fashion retailer at Glasgow Fort. The role combines visual merchandising, commercial decision‑making and people leadership to drive store performance and deliver an inspiring customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain visual standards that attract and convert shoppers.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing retail team, including regular one‑to‑ones with managers.
• Use commercial insight to optimise product focus, sales opportunities and KPI performance.
• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations while upholding health, safety and brand standards.
• Own store financial targets, budgets and performance against KPIs.
• Foster a motivated, inclusive environment where staff feel recognised.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience leading retail teams.
• Strong visual merchandising capability and commercial awareness.
• Eye for detail and passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Background in fashion, footwear, accessories or large‑format retail.
• Confidence to influence and develop teams in a fast‑paced environment.
