Store Manager – Homeware Retail (London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high‑profile homeware store in central London. You will be fully accountable for the store’s commercial success, team performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all day‑to‑day store operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Inspire, coach and develop a large team to achieve their full potential.
• Deliver personalised, attentive service to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
• Drive sales, maximise profitability and meet all commercial KPIs.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Oversee stock management, staffing rotas, compliance and health & safety.
• Build a positive, high‑performing culture focused on engagement and results.
• Represent the brand professionally, upholding its values and standards.

Required profile

• Currently working as a Store Manager and ready for the next challenge.
• Genuine passion for lifestyle retail and strong commercial awareness.
• Proven ability to drive sales and performance in high‑volume settings.
• Experience leading large teams and managing performance.
• Ability to create an inspiring shopping experience, even during busy periods.
• Flexibility to work early mornings and evenings as required.
