Store Manager

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead a vibrant retail outlet in Ashford. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing stock and delivering an exceptional customer experience for a brand known for craftsmanship and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee stock management, deliveries, pricing and markdowns.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors to meet sales and profit targets.
• Plan and execute shop merchandising to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
• Manage cash handling, payment systems and cost control in line with company policies.
• Recruit, train and retain staff while ensuring compliance with HR procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high store standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive leader who thrives under pressure.
