About the role

The Body Shop is looking for an inspirational Store Manager to lead one of its London locations. You will champion the brand’s ethical beauty values while driving sales, customer loyalty, and a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store and team to achieve retail excellence and strong sales results.
• Shape a customer‑focused experience that brings the brand to life and builds loyalty.
• Meet and exceed sales and performance targets through effective planning and organisation.
• Manage stock levels, monitor inventory, and use data to make commercial decisions.
• Stay informed on the beauty market, competitors, and product trends.
• Communicate clearly, resolve issues quickly, and act as a role model for the team.

• Proven leadership ability with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong planning, organising, and stock‑management capabilities.
• Data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Deep knowledge of the beauty market and genuine love for the products.
• Flexible, responsible, and able to act as a role model for staff.
