Store Manager

About the role

Belstaff is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of its flagship retail locations. The role is central to delivering the brand’s premium customer experience, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a client‑centric culture, ensuring every interaction exceeds luxury retail standards.
• Lead the team in achieving daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor product sell‑through, manage stock levels, and develop commercial solutions for slow‑moving inventory.
• Oversee store operations, including after‑sales service, complaint handling, and cost control.
• Report performance metrics to the Head of Retail and collaborate with Head Office and local business partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a retail store in the luxury or premium segment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to inspire a team.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of Belstaff’s product range.
• Capability to build relationships with clients, head office, and the local community.
