Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our Savers store in Chatham. In this full‑time, flexible‑shift role you will maintain high standards, drive sales, and create a welcoming environment for customers and the local community. You will be the key link between corporate objectives and day‑to‑day store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain store standards and ensure audit processes are followed.
• Deliver best‑in‑class customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Lead, motivate and develop the store team.
• Build strong connections with the local community.
• Manage inventory, stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store layout.
• Handle budgeting, financial reporting and cost control.

Required profile

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, rewarding environment.
• Passionate about leading a team to success.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data and make decisions.
