Store Manager

About the role

You’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the store, working up to 45 hours per week with overtime paid or taken as time off in lieu. You’ll lead a small team of 4‑6 staff, motivate them to deliver great customer experiences, achieve challenging sales targets, and provide honest advice to help customers navigate choices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the store’s daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, coach and motivate a team of 4‑6 employees.
• Drive sales performance and meet or exceed set targets and KPIs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Provide accurate product advice and support customers in decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a small retail or field‑sales team.
• Managerial background in a retail or hard‑goods environment.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong motivation skills and ability to inspire a team.
• Practical knowledge of the product range and basic computer literacy.
