Store Manager – Jewellery Retail (Reading)

About the role

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead a fashion‑forward jewellery and piercing studio in Reading. You will be responsible for delivering an elevated everyday jewellery experience while driving sales and maintaining high store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations and ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective merchandising and team performance.
• Maintain visual standards, stock levels and inventory accuracy.
• Recruit, train, motivate and develop store staff.
• Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service.
• Manage budgets, payroll and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven management experience in jewellery, homewares or fashion retail.
• Track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong ability to uphold excellent store standards.
• Experience meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Inspirational people‑management and organisational skills.
• Professional presentation and excellent communication.
• Passion for fashion, accessories and jewellery.
