Store Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead our luxury retail store in White City. You will be the heartbeat of the shop, driving daily operations, inspiring the team and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising, stock presentation and store upkeep.
• Manage inventory, deliveries, stock control and product availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Lead the team to deliver personalised customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues to maintain a positive brand experience.
• Foster a collaborative team culture and drive sales performance against KPIs.
• Monitor store performance using data‑driven insights to maximise profitability while managing budgets, expenses and stock shrinkage.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a retail manager in premium, design‑led or lifestyle retail.
• Strong leadership ability to inspire, develop and manage a team.
• Commercially savvy with a focus on sales and budget management.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and busy periods.
