Store Manager – New Store, Guildford

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead the launch of a brand‑new fashion and lifestyle store in Guildford. You will be responsible for creating memorable customer experiences and fostering a purpose‑driven retail environment that reflects the brand’s quality and style.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing store team, fostering a collaborative culture and providing continuous coaching.
• Deliver world‑class customer service and uphold visual‑merchandising standards that showcase the brand’s aesthetic.
• Manage store performance through KPI tracking, analysis, and implementation of effective controls to meet sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the local community to launch, drive and develop the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role, with a track record of achieving store objectives.
• Passion for fashion and lifestyle retail, demonstrated by a deep understanding of trends and customer preferences.
• Strong communication and people‑development skills, enabling you to inspire and guide team members effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment while maintaining high standards of service.
