About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the launch of a brand‑new fashion store on Manchester’s high street. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing team, creating an engaging shopping environment, and delivering commercial success from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a motivated retail team.
• Drive sales, KPIs and profitability.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects brand values.
• Manage stock, visual merchandising and day‑to‑day store operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion or a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
• Strong leadership and people‑development abilities.
• Passion for fashion, customer service and creating an inspiring store culture.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
