The Body Shop is seeking an inspirational Store Manager for its Plymouth location. You will lead a passionate team, champion the brand’s ethical beauty values, and ensure an engaging, customer‑focused store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Achieve sales and performance targets through effective planning and execution.
• Manage stock levels, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed commercial decisions.
• Develop and retain a loyal customer base.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team, handling staffing and scheduling needs.
• Maintain full knowledge of the beauty market, competitors and product range.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
• Strong passion for ethical, cruelty‑free products and the brand’s mission.
• Excellent communication and people‑management skills.
• Ability to react quickly to store challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Commercial mindset with confidence using data to guide decisions.
