Store Manager – Resorts World

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Levi’s® shop at Resorts World Birmingham, taking full responsibility for commercial performance, people and day‑to‑day operations. You will act as the brand ambassador, creating an inclusive, high‑energy environment where customers and team members thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Own profit and loss, identifying and executing commercial opportunities to drive sales and margin.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Analyse sales data and KPIs, turning insights into actionable plans.
• Report store performance to the District Manager and implement robust action plans.
• Manage all store operations including stock control, payroll, rotas and administrative processes.
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members who embody Levi’s values.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall brand presentation.
• Foster a culture of coaching, succession planning and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong passion for the Levi’s® brand and alignment with company values.
• Proven experience leading a retail store in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs and controlling costs.
• Ability to develop, engage and retain high‑performing teams.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, employee relations and compliance.
• Confidence making decisions, taking ownership and leading through change.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
