Store Manager – Retail (Havant)

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established, fast‑growing UK retail business to find a driven Store Manager for a store in Havant. You will own the day‑to‑day operations, drive sales, lead your team and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Leading, motivating, and developing a high‑performing store team
• Driving sales performance and delivering on key KPIs
• Creating an engaging, well‑presented, and commercially strong store environment
• Managing stock, costs, and operational efficiency
• Ensuring high standards of customer service, compliance, and health & safety
• Analysing performance and implementing improvements to maximise profitability

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager (or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up)
• Hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Commercially aware with a strong understanding of driving sales and controlling costs
• Passionate about developing teams and delivering great customer experiences
• Resilient, proactive, and results‑driven
