Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

As a Store Manager you will lead an Aldi store in Manchester, creating a welcoming environment for shoppers while driving operational excellence. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, meeting performance targets and ensuring the store runs efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and manage a team to consistently exceed customer service expectations.
• Achieve and monitor KPI targets, ensuring operational goals are met.
• Oversee daily in‑store tasks, maintaining standards for merchandising, hygiene and safety.
• Recruit, develop and retain staff, fostering a culture of growth.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, lean retail environment.
• Proven ability to optimise operational efficiency through strategic time and cost management.
