Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

Nokwol is launching a new store in Bluewater and is looking for an experienced retail leader to head the operation. As Store Manager you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and supporting the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, including team management, stock control and visual merchandising.
• Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction through hands‑on coaching and leadership.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and brand representation for Nokwol and third‑party products.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of store staff.
• Resolve customer enquiries and issues professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably within fashion or footwear.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Passion for customer service and a keen eye for style.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
• Flexibility to work weekends in a fast‑paced environment.
