About the role
As part of Reiss’s Retail team in London, you will lead the store on a full‑time basis, ensuring premium customer service, meeting sales targets and driving commercial and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the store.
- Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximise profitability.
- Achieve and aim to exceed targeted KPIs.
- Inspire the team through regular service and product training.
- Implement and maintain effective operational processes, procedures and administration.
- Support recruitment and conduct performance/probation reviews.
- Deputise in the absence of the Store Manager.
