Store Manager – Retail Operations in Southampton

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is seeking a Store Manager for its Southampton location. You will lead the store, uphold the brand’s values, and drive performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve profit and loss targets by identifying and acting on sales opportunities.
• Motivate, mentor and manage the store team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Control costs, oversee stock management, payroll, administration and staff rotas.
• Monitor KPIs, generate reports and communicate action plans to the District Manager.
• Analyse commercial data and implement actions to meet performance goals.
• Conduct team training, share product knowledge and recruit high‑calibre staff.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Proven experience managing retail teams and developing talent.
• Track record of meeting KPIs and controlling costs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good understanding of HR policies and store operations.
