Store Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is seeking a Store Manager for its Castleford location. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for driving store performance, leading a team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve profit and loss targets by identifying and acting on sales opportunities.
• Motivate, mentor and manage the store team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Control costs, manage stock, payroll, administration and staff rotas.
• Monitor KPIs, generate reports and communicate action plans to the District Manager.
• Analyse commercial data and implement actions to meet performance goals.
• Support team training and share product knowledge.
• Recruit, induct and develop high‑calibre team members passionate about denim.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Proven experience managing retail teams and developing talent.
• Track record of meeting KPIs and controlling costs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good understanding of HR policies and processes.
• Experience handling store operations, stock control and administrative duties.
