Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing store team.
• Drive sales performance and deliver on key KPIs.
• Create an engaging, well‑presented and commercially strong store environment.
• Manage stock, costs and operational efficiency.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, compliance and health & safety.
• Analyse performance and implement improvements to maximise profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager (or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up).
• Hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Commercially aware with a strong understanding of driving sales and controlling costs.
• Passionate about developing teams and delivering great customer experiences.
• Resilient, proactive and results‑driven.
