Store Manager – Up to £38,000 + Bonus

About the role

The Store Manager will lead a high‑energy retail outlet, driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This hands‑on leader will be responsible for all aspects of store operations and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build brand loyalty.
• Lead, coach and motivate a team to meet sales and service targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day store operations, including stock control, rotas and visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, loss prevention and store presentation standards.
• Analyse sales data, monitor trends and act on market opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Branch Manager or General Manager.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Excellent commercial acumen and ability to drive profitability.
• Customer‑first mindset and passion for retail.
