Store Manager – Up to £45,000 + Bonus

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead a high‑profile retail outlet in Coventry. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service and managing day‑to‑day store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build brand loyalty.
• Lead, coach and motivate a team to meet sales and service targets.
• Oversee store operations including stock control, rotas and visual merchandising.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety, loss prevention and store presentation standards.
• Analyse sales data, monitor trends and act on market opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months experience as Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager.
• Strong people‑leadership abilities with a proven track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and cost control.
• Customer‑first mindset and passion for retail.
