About the role

We are opening a new Costa Coffee drive‑thru in Witham and are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the outlet. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of customer service and achieve strong NPS scores.
• Create an inviting store environment that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage sales, profit, and operational performance of the store.
• Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing team.
• Maintain brand standards and health & safety compliance.
