Store & Operations Manager (Retail)

About the role

The Store & Operations Manager will lead the G‑SHOCK London flagship, combining retail leadership with operational oversight to drive sales, profitability and an exceptional customer experience. You will act as the bridge between the store team and head‑office functions, ensuring the brand remains a key destination in London.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the retail team to achieve sales targets and profitability while fostering a vibrant brand culture.
• Produce regular sales reports and collaborate with marketing on strategic initiatives.
• Provide coaching, professional development and performance management for the Assistant Store Manager and staff.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align on product knowledge, operational changes and store objectives.
• Oversee store operational costs, inventory management, pricing and promotional activities.
• Adjust operational plans promptly to meet business needs and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail store management and operations, preferably in a flagship environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams to exceed KPIs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with marketing, planning and head‑office teams.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
