Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Store Supervisor to lead a dynamic retail team in Aberdeen. You will act as the bridge between our iconic products and customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise the management team in achieving KPIs and profit targets.
• Set and monitor daily and weekly sales targets for the store team.
• Analyse performance data, run reports and update senior management.
• Oversee store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Deliver personalized 1‑to‑2‑1 customer service, keeping the customer first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop staff through training, coaching and product knowledge sessions.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi's brand and its values.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with proven team‑leadership experience.
• Track record of developing and growing retail teams.
• Experience meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment.
• Good understanding of day‑to‑day store operations.
