Store Supervisor – Retail (Bristol Airport)

About the role

As a Store Supervisor at JD Sports, you will ensure the smooth operation of the shop floor at the Bristol Airport location, delivering the high service standards expected by customers. You will lead by example, guide colleagues during each shift, and support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent JD service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in‑store devices to showcase the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with JD’s brand expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or team‑leader experience in fast‑paced retail or customer‑facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Passion for retail, strong product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote JD Group values.
