Store Supervisor (Retail)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is looking for a Store Supervisor to join its Norwich location. You will act as the key link between our products and customers while supporting and developing the store team.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise the management team, delivering KPIs and profit opportunities.
• Set and monitor daily and weekly sales targets for the store team.
• Run reports, track KPIs and update the management team on performance.
• Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Provide exceptional 1‑to‑2‑1 customer service, ensuring the customer comes first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi's brand and its values.
• Strong customer service background with experience managing a retail team.
• Live near or have a reasonable commute to the Norwich store.
• Proven track record of developing and growing a team.
• Experience meeting KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment.
• Good understanding of store operations.
