About the role
Footasylum is seeking an energetic Store Supervisor to lead the Bury store team. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and supporting staff development.
Key responsibilities
- Maximise in‑store sales and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee profit protection, stock control and merchandising to stimulate interest.
- Manage health and safety, property upkeep and compliance with company policies.
- Lead recruitment, training and performance management of sales assistants.
- Control day‑to‑day expenses and monitor P&L performance.
Required profile
- Passion for fashion retail and alignment with Footasylum’s values of community, collaboration and challenge.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop a retail team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
