About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, natural service and build rapport with customers.
• Assist customers with product information and help them find items.
• Support store operations including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking and occasional delivery assistance.
• Carry out general store duties such as stock handling, merchandising and maintaining a clean environment.
• Make customer‑focused decisions and complete key store routines that drive sales and reduce waste.

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service with a smile.
• Ability to build rapport and ensure customers leave with a positive experience.
• Initiative to make the right decisions for customers.
• Team player who communicates openly and enjoys celebrating success.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
