Stores Operative – Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Stores Operative to join our busy operations team in Canterbury. This full‑time, hands‑on position supports a fast‑paced manufacturing environment where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and receipt goods, count stock and enter data into the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate stock control, organise the warehouse and manage stock movements.
• Kitting and allocate components into work packages for production.
• Prepare materials for external processing and record returned items.
• Pack and dispatch orders, book couriers and ensure export compliance.
• Support general warehouse upkeep and perform driving duties when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment.
• Forklift licence (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, flexible and able to work well within a team.
