Strategic Account Executive, EMEA

About the role

Rogo is building AI‑driven solutions for the world’s leading investment banks and asset managers. As a Strategic Account Executive for EMEA you will own expansion quota for the firm’s most significant strategic accounts and drive multi‑year growth across complex financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own expansion quota for a concentrated book of the company’s largest strategic accounts.
• Map complex organisations, identify opportunities across business units, product lines, geographies and new use cases.
• Develop and execute multi‑year strategic account plans to deepen Rogo’s footprint and generate seven‑figure expansions.
• Partner with Strategic Opportunities, forward‑deployed teams, Product and Rogo executives to design and deliver client outcomes.
• Build and maintain C‑Suite relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience closing complex SaaS deals, preferably with regulated financial institutions.
• Proven track record of hitting multimillion‑dollar quotas using structured frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
• Deep enterprise experience mapping organisations and executing multi‑threaded expansion strategies.
• Ability to translate advanced AI concepts into board‑level ROI narratives for CTOs, CIOs and business unit heads.
