Strategic Account Executive – EMEA

About the role

Serval is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to own its largest and most strategic opportunities across the EMEA region. You will lead complex, multi‑threaded enterprise sales cycles, working closely with senior IT, Security and Operations leaders to drive AI‑powered workflow automation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close and expansion.
• Develop deep relationships with senior IT, Security and Operations executives, acting as a trusted advisor on automation strategy.
• Orchestrate multi‑stakeholder buying committees, aligning technical, security and business perspectives.
• Deliver compelling demos and business cases that tie Serval’s AI automation to measurable ROI.
• Partner with founders, product and engineering to influence roadmap priorities and ensure seamless delivery.
• Create repeatable playbooks for deal structure, pricing and expansion strategy.

Required profile

• 10+ years of full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent top‑tier attainment.
• Proven success selling technical or workflow automation platforms to large enterprises.
• Experience running consultative sales cycles (3–9 months) with VP/C‑suite buyers in IT, Security or Operations.
• Strong strategic account planning, multi‑threading and executive communication skills.
• High‑agency operator who thrives in unstructured environments.
