Strategic Account Manager – Healthcare

About the role

We are partnering with a growing healthcare organisation to find an experienced Strategic Account Manager. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Account Management, you will be the primary customer‑facing lead responsible for building long‑term partnerships, driving retention and growth across key healthcare accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic relationships with C‑suite, clinical and operational stakeholders in healthcare customers.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to achieve retention, renewal and commercial targets.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and deliver customer‑centric solutions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to support service delivery, operational improvements and long‑term success.
• Monitor account performance, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.

Required profile

• 7+ years’ experience in Strategic Account Management or Business Development, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of managing and growing complex, high‑value accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to influence executive and operational levels and think strategically.
• Comfortable working in regulated environments and willing to travel nationally up to 50% (driver required).
