Strategic Advisor – Associate Director / Senior Consultant

About the role

The consultancy is seeking an experienced Strategic Advisor at Associate Director / Senior Consultant level to support healthcare and education clients in delivering capital construction projects. You will work closely with executive teams, translating long‑term visions into practical, deliverable plans and guiding early‑stage option appraisals and business case development.

Key responsibilities

• Advise executive stakeholders on optimising outcomes across estates portfolios and capital programmes.
• Lead early‑stage option appraisals, business case development and strategic planning.
• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams, aligning technical, operational, legal and financial functions with corporate objectives.
• Support the development of new strategies, reshape existing programmes and address specific real‑estate portfolio elements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for new business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in capital programme development and programme leadership.
• Strong background in strategic advisory within construction, preferably for healthcare or education sectors.
• People‑focused, solution‑oriented with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate long‑term visions into actionable plans.
