About the role
Checkout.com is seeking a Strategic Bid Manager to join its RFP Management team in London. You will act as a commercial accelerator for strategic accounts, leading high‑profile RFx opportunities across global markets and delivering best‑in‑class proposal packages.
Key responsibilities
- Manage RFx projects end‑to‑end, from capture through to delivery of RFP response packages.
- Identify customer pain points, develop value propositions and win themes, and embed them into bid strategies.
- Coordinate and lead cross‑functional bid teams, including commercial, marketing, design, technical, product, legal, compliance and information security.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of messaging, branding and technical content.
- Maintain a quality‑first mindset, continuously improving bid processes and documentation.
Required profile
- Demonstrable experience in the payments industry.
- Background in bid management, pre‑sales, marketing or commercial account development.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Commercially‑minded with a passion for leading teams to successful RFP outcomes.
